Gaeilge Na Seachtaine provides help to make your own courses and is only available online.
What is in it for you?
A verb conjugator, which will conjugate over 2000 verbs.
You find these in a select list and then you can click on whichever tense you need.
The dictionaries/foclóirí are useful.
When you need to look up new words you come across while reading you can find not only the word but additional helpful grammatical information.
It doesn't matter what form the word takes, for instance if you type in "mná" you will find bean and if you type in aibhneacha you will get abhainn etc.
I don't think any other online dictionary does this. The program will record and store words not at present in the dictionary and if suitable these new words will be added, usually within a week
You can listen to spoken Irish and follow it in print on the web page, the page with the writing remains in view while the sound file is played.
New features are being developed and will be added.
Registering is simple all you need to provide is your name, a username and a valid email address. The email address will be verified in due course and your membership will continue. Your email address will not be abused or passed on to any one else, nor will you be bombarded with unrequested email messages.
